Not only are we giving you avocado and and egg, we're also giving you chia to sprinkle on top! If you've never tried Chia, it's similar to a poppy seed and adds a crunch. We've finished the meal with a fresh tomato salad tossed with EVOO, parsley and a little salt & pepper. Then we balance out all that healthy goodness with BACON!
